Shipping & Delivery

All APOHLI pieces are made and finished by hand in our London studio. Orders typically dispatch within 2 weeks, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your piece leaves us.

Within the UK, orders are typically via Royal Mail or Parcelforce on a tracked service.

Outside the UK, orders are sent via a tracked international courier. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Every shipment is insured for its full value, so in the rare case a parcel is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please get in touch and we'll find a solution.

Import duties and taxes. For orders shipped outside the UK, any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applied on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. These are set by your country's customs authority, and we have no way of predicting or controlling them — we'd recommend checking your local import rules before ordering if this is a concern. Customs processing can occasionally add a few extra days to delivery beyond the courier's usual estimate, which is outside our control.
